The Guy Pinard Familly is a pioneer of organic winery in France and is the first organic Cognac producer. Pinard's property is situated in the little village of Foussignac, in the heart of the “Fins Bois de Jarnac” a small sub-region which has been renowned for its elegant and floral Cognacs for hundreds of years. This specific “terroir”, together with the organic methods and the Pinard family know-how leads to authentic Cognacs.
When our harvest begins, we open the gates of our cider mill to tractors and trailers stuffed to the brim with juicy apples. The Wyld Wood fruit is grown in Soil Association certified organic orchards in local Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. The ageing wood of the apple trees and absence of nasty pesticides means our organic orchards provide a safe haven for local wild life too. Once the apples are picked, washed and pressed, our fifth generation cider-maker blends them to create a full bodied and fruity cider, with a rich oak finish.
An organic single-cask single malt from an undisclosed distillery. This has been released by independent bottler Highland Harvest. A whisky full of cereal notes with a slight herbaceousness – a great summer dram.
The makers of Juniper Green claim it is the world’s only organic gin. It’s made with organic grain, water and a combination of organic botanical herbs sourced from around the world. Juniper Green, which is a London Dry Gin, is distilled at Thames Distillery in London. According to the company, Thames is now the only gin distillery which both distills and bottles gin in London. No chemical fungicides are used to assist in the storage of organic grain resulting in natural microorganisms which aid full and deep fermentation. The botanicals used to make the gin are: organic juniper berries, organic coriander, organic angelica root and organic savory. Here is a review of Juniper Green by The Guardian: “This is actually rather good. The fact that the grain is organic allows the botanicals to shine through, and despite being only 37.5% it packs a decent punch. For those who like things to be properly done, Juniper Green is one of the few London gins these days to be distilled and bottled in that city. It’s even reasonably priced.”

Fantastic wine from Couronneau. Merlot-dominated, this Bordeaux has been made with ‘easy-drinking’ very much in mind. They’d probably kill us for saying so, but it’s got some of that New World ripeness that makes wines from countries like Chile so popular. Ripe, soft Merlot fruits dominate.

Make the ultimate chicken stock with our chicken carcasses. Our Organic free-range Hubbards and Ross-Cobbs; traditional breeds, are hand-picked and we’re sure you will taste the difference. We use the whole bird and waste nothing, so you'll find every cut here: dark meat, white meat and offal. All our chicken is reared to strict Organic Farmers and Grower's standards, so you can trust that they are exceptionally well cared for and 100% organic as well as free-range. Day old chicks are reared indoors for 3-4 weeks depending on weather conditions, after this they are introduced gradually to outdoor life and spend the next 2 months free range on organic pasture. They are housed at night in small groups of less than 200 birds. They are fed organic feed and are aged at least 10 weeks (usually more) old before they reach your plate, this produces larger, slow-grown, more sumptuous and naturally better tasting chicken than average supermarket birds. Our chicken is hand prepared by our fantastic expert team, and sent direct as per your order. If you're not sure how to make a fabulous stock check out these recipe ideas. Each pack contains one carcass.

This winery was founded in the 1950s and sold wine in bulk to local wine merchants. When the Descombes took over, in 2017, everything changed. They switched its sights to quality, not quantity – focusing on the environmental conservation of their coveted Burgundy plots. They've even gone as far to plant hedges and trees and use natural fertilisers in the vineyards. This is their Petit Chablis, and it has all the classic flavours you'd expect: lemon and grapefruit, and a textbook lick of minerality.
"Fragrant and enjoyable, this offers aromas of ripe berry, Mediterranean herb, pressed violet and a whiff of pine forest. On the round easygoing palate, savory notes of brown cooking spice accent a core of red cherry and black raspberry. Enjoy through 2017." - 88/100, Wine Enthusiast

Handcrafted at the tiny All Saints Brewery set in a time warp in Stamford using the old manually operated brewing equipment. Finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which, having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation, is taken to Samuel Smith’s small, independent British brewery at Tadcaster. There it is blended with pure organic cherry, strawberry, raspberry or apricot fruit juices and more organic beer to create fruit beers of considerable strength and flavour. The smooth distinctive character of the matured beer serves as the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice.
