Made with 100% organic ingredients, Dà Mhìle Farmhouse Botanical Gin is evidently just naturally delicious. With a mix of 20 organic botanicals, from the old favourites juniper and coriander to some interesting and home-grown treats like red and white clover, gorse and chamomile, the Welsh Dà Mhìle distillery have created a unique, small batch gin.

Aged in ex Bourbon barrels, when our grain whisky is bottled, we mature this gin in them for 6 months. During that time it takes on some of the flavour and colour to create a truly unique gin. The subtle juniper, fresh herb and spice flavours in the gin paired with the sweet grain whisky tones from the barrel make for an exciting fusion.

This Seaweed Gin is a savoury gin, originally designed to complement seafood. It is a garden herb led gin which we infuse with organically sourced seaweed once it has been distilled.
