An organic single-cask single malt from an undisclosed distillery. This has been released by independent bottler Highland Harvest. A whisky full of cereal notes with a slight herbaceousness – a great summer dram.

The Guy Pinard Familly is a pioneer of organic winery in France and is the first organic Cognac producer. Pinard's property is situated in the little village of Foussignac, in the heart of the “Fins Bois de Jarnac” a small sub-region which has been renowned for its elegant and floral Cognacs for hundreds of years. With juniper, pink grapefruit and a touch of turmeric, this is a zesty, flavoursome distilled organic spirit, meticulously crafted as an alternative to the traditional G&T. At just 20% abv it is only half the amount of alcohol, but with all the flavour.

This Seaweed Gin is a savoury gin, originally designed to complement seafood. It is a garden herb led gin which we infuse with organically sourced seaweed once it has been distilled. It makes a truly unique G&T with natural tonic and a sprig of Rosemary/Olive/slice of lemon. This gin is perfectly suited to martinis, dry or dirty!

The makers of Juniper Green claim it is the world’s only organic gin. It’s made with organic grain, water and a combination of organic botanical herbs sourced from around the world. Juniper Green, which is a London Dry Gin, is distilled at Thames Distillery in London. According to the company, Thames is now the only gin distillery which both distills and bottles gin in London. No chemical fungicides are used to assist in the storage of organic grain resulting in natural microorganisms which aid full and deep fermentation. The botanicals used to make the gin are: organic juniper berries, organic coriander, organic angelica root and organic savory. Here is a review of Juniper Green by The Guardian: “This is actually rather good. The fact that the grain is organic allows the botanicals to shine through, and despite being only 37.5% it packs a decent punch. For those who like things to be properly done, Juniper Green is one of the few London gins these days to be distilled and bottled in that city. It’s even reasonably priced.”

Aged in ex Bourbon barrels, when our grain whisky is bottled, we mature this gin in them for 6 months. During that time it takes on some of the flavour and colour to create a truly unique gin. The subtle juniper, fresh herb and spice flavours in the gin paired with the sweet grain whisky tones from the barrel make for an exciting fusion.

Made with 100% organic ingredients, Dà Mhìle Farmhouse Botanical Gin is evidently just naturally delicious. With a mix of 20 organic botanicals, from the old favourites juniper and coriander to some interesting and home-grown treats like red and white clover, gorse and chamomile, the Welsh Dà Mhìle distillery have created a unique, small batch gin.

A lightly golden organic spiced rum distilled from pure sugar-cane, flavoured with organic spices – vanilla, ginger, a hint of chilli and caramel. The result is smooth and flavoursome.

Our organic perry, 5.3% Panting Partridge is light in colour, complex in flavour and refreshing to drink. It features a blend of the evocative sounding Longdon, Hendre Huffcap and Butt perry pears. Panting Partridge is a medium organic perry with a juicy pear taste and delicate wine finish.

Made from a blend of cider varieties including Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Harry Masters, Gasping Goose is a well-balanced, golden, medium-bodied Herefordshire cider. The “Goose” is crafted from organic apples grown to Soil Association standards in Newton Court Farm’s orchards, resulting in an easy-to-drink cider, perfect for any season.  If ever there was a taste of Herefordshire, Gasping Goose 5.8% (4.8% in keg) steps up to the mark.

THE PEARS FOR THIS AMAZING CIDER ARE GATHERED FROM TWELVE METRE TREES IN THE MEADOWS ON THE SWABIAN HILLS OF SOUTHERN GERMANY. THE BIG AROMAS OF RIPE PEARS

When our harvest begins, we open the gates of our cider mill to tractors and trailers stuffed to the brim with juicy apples. The Wyld Wood fruit is grown in Soil Association certified organic orchards in local Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. The ageing wood of the apple trees and absence of nasty pesticides means our organic orchards provide a safe haven for local wild life too. Once the apples are picked, washed and pressed, our fifth generation cider-maker blends them to create a full bodied and fruity cider, with a rich oak finish.

Incorporating Brown Snout and Yarlington Mill, this elderflower cider is a refreshing, medium-sweet sparkling drink.  The cider is infused with freshly foraged wild elderflowers.  Prepare for a fresh and zesty taste.  This elderflower cider offers up crisp, green fruit flavour with a Muscat scented finish.

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is a multi-award-winning writer and broadcaster known for his uncompromising commitment to seasonal, ethically produced food and his concern for the environment.  His River Cottage series of cook books and TV series were inspired by his Dorset smallholding adventures.  In perfecting the recipe for this cider, the Newton Court Cider Team ventured to River Cottage HQ.  Hugh and team visited Newton Court Farm, spending time in the orchards and learning  how cider is made.

About 2,000 chicleros live in an area of rainforest about 1.3 million hectares wide. These Mayan people have survived political control to become an independent community, so to help build up the economy they decided to manufacture the Chicza gum. David's honey is gathered in from hives based in the East Midlands of England. It is not pasteurised or micro filtered. Some people describe it as "Raw" honey.

Honey as the bees intended. David's honey has as light a manufacturing processing as UK Environmental Health dept. will allow, and is extracted from the comb and only if required, heated just enough to allow the honey to flow through the filters. The filters allow pollen grains, micro-nutrients, emzymes, vitamins and trace elements to remain in the honey. The minimal heat does not alter the structure of the Honey. David does not blend his honey to create a uniform product. The taste and texture of the honey depends upon what flowers and trees the bees have foraged.
