Classic Roast Chicken with proper stuffing
For the stuffing
- 3 slices of white bread
- 3 tbsps of chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp of chopped thyme (take the leaves off the twig in winter as it can be quite woody - or used dried thyme)
- lemon
- salt and pepper
For the Roast
- 1 medium organic chicken
- 10 chipolata old-spot sausages
- 1 pack dry-cure bacon (to put over the top of the chicken when roasting)
