Join the most exciting new market movement.
We’re reinventing the farmers’ market scene with a series of vibrant, touring pop-up events designed to bring buzz, variety, and high-quality local produce to towns and villages across (first) the East Midlands region.
Why We’re Doing This
To combat rising trading costs and breathe new life into the farmers’ market scene across (first) the East Midlands, we’re launching a bold new series of pop-up touring markets with a strong novelty factor.
Each Saturday market will visit selected towns and villages only a few times a year — keeping the experience fresh, exciting, and highly anticipated by local shoppers.
In addition, on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month, a small number of traders will be invited to stand at one of two fixed venues:
• Our Leicestershire farm shop
• A North Nottinghamshire 'big house' site (TBC)
With themed markets, quality local producers, and a vibrant atmosphere, this is your chance to be part of a new movement that brings real buzz back to market days.
How It Works
Saturdays
• Weekly pop-up market at up to 13 different venues across Leicester and Leicestershire
• Each venue will host the market just four times per year
• This quarterly rotation keeps each location feeling special, avoids market fatigue, and helps us reach a wider audience
Sundays
• 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month
• Limited stalls at two permanent venues for a smaller, curated market feel
What will it cost?
We’re committed to keeping this market series truly farmer- and producer-centric, offering fair access, strong footfall, and real value for money. We’re aiming to keep pitch fees as low as possible — currently targeting around £30 per market for a standard 3x3m pitch. Our pricing is designed to be economical while still supporting the costs of promotion, management, and logistics. By curating a wide range of specific, non-duplicated stall types — from meat and dairy to bakery, preserves, and artisan goods — we hope to avoid oversaturation and ensure that every trader has a clear opportunity to thrive. It’s about collaboration, fairness, and helping everyone make the most of every market.
