Our birds are raised according to the strictest organic production and humane treatment standards, by the family who are serious about the health of the land, the animals, and you. We rear organic black and bronze turkeys and we have several different breeds including Norfolk Black, Norfolk Bronze, Roly Poly, Wrolstad, Plumpy and Broad Breasted.

As it is impossible to predict exactly what size turkeys we will produce (our turkeys are produced completely naturally and not 'manipulated' to achieve a desired growth / size), we sell our turkeys in weight bands.
How to cook
Turkey must be thoroughly cooked before serving, with no pink meat. Pierce the thickest part of the thigh with a skewer and let the juices run out. If they are clear, then it’s cooked, but if they still look pink, return it to the oven for 15 minutes, then test again. If you have a meat thermometer, push the probe into the thickest part of the thigh. The temperature should be 75°C for cooked turkey.
