Organic Beef Topside
We believe that delicious meat calls for deliberate means. Our family work with nature, employing a healthy, holistic approach to soil enrichment, land management, and animal care. This careful, hands-on approach results in organic beef that is as good as it possibly can be; both for you and the planet. Our organic grass-fed beef cattle are allowed to forage and graze for their own fresh food; we do not grain-feed our animals - we provide a completely natural diet. Because of this our beef is slow-grown and fully flavoured and is high in key nutrients like Omega-3s and B vitamins, our steak is lean, healthy and flavoursome.
All our beef is 21-day hung, and prepared by our expert butchers to your desire. The topside is a traditional tender cut for a great roast.
